Workplace: Downtown (Rio de Janeiro - RJ) - 100% remote work during a pandemic. 

Duties and responsabilities:

In Attraction:

  • Support actions related to Employer Branding (publications, movements on social networks, inbound recruitment, etc.);

  • Support the establishment of partnerships with educational institutions to share knowledge and create relationships that support the identification of talents and future employees;

  • Establish partnerships with technical affinity groups as well as Diversity and Inclusion groups.

In Recruitment and Selection:

  • Acting with Recruitment & Selection in IT vacancies (Developers, Analysts and Data Scientists, Designers, Support and Operations);

  • Understand the hiring demands of each area to adequately describe the positions (we have a Career Guide as a reference);

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and rules regarding the systemic flow of approval of vacancies (we use Workday);

  • Conduct the entire recruitment and selection process, in accordance with the company's guidelines regarding behavioral interviews and application of technical challenges, always involving leaders and teams (the platform for managing the pipeline of vacancies are Recruitee and Avature);

  • Properly communicate the candidate about the result of the process, and in case of approval, provide the necessary information to start the hiring;

  • Act in partnership with the Administrative, Purchasing and IT areas on the approvals of new employees;

  • Generate and monitor the selection process KPIs and share with management;

  • Understand our business! Be close to the Delivery and Product areas to learn about the solutions we offer and support decision-making on new hires, participating in budget decisions.

Job requirements

Education, Knowledge, Hard Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Recruiting & Selection of software developers and other IT related functions;

  • Experience working for Tech companies;

  • English (at least Intermediate, we are part of an American group and you must participate in international meetings);

  • Knowledge in Excel, Power Point or Google Sheets and Google Slides;

  • Completed graduation in HR, Administration, Psychology and/or related fields (and/or equivalent experience);

  • Desirable knowledge and use of HR tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruitee, Avature and Workday).
